We are seeking a Production Assembler to join our team! You will work on a production assembly line performing standardized work defined by work instructions.
Responsibilities :
- Performing standardized work process and following defined work instructions and sequences at a defined pace, repetitively for an extended period of time, and rotating as required.
- Performs on-line inspections to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
- Must be a self-starter capable of managing own activities as well as supporting team activities.
- Be able to use hand tools, screwdrivers, wrenches, torque drivers, and other small tools
- Ability to quickly come up to speed on novel assembly procedures and custom tooling or test methods
- Operate complex manufacturing equipment
- Escalating functional and process failures to the appropriate support groups and leaders
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications :
- Punctuality and a professional, can-do attitude are a must Work Environment / Essential Physical Demands
- Ability to perform physical work for extended periods of time, up to 12 hours per day
- Frequent weekend work and overtime required
- Ability to frequently and repetitively lift, push, and carry up to 35 lbs.
- Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal
