This position will lead and manage the Bl team, develop robust analytics and reporting strategies, and drive the team to fulfill the organization's needs for comprehensive analytics.

This role is crucial for aligning Bl initiatives with business objectives and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING :

Team Management : Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Bl professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback.

• Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute Relias's Bl strategy. Lead the Bl team in implementing best practices to deliver actionable insights.
• Project Management : Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Bl projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and manage workload effectively. Manage all sprint ceremonies, including planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure effective and efficient project delivery.

Technical Oversight : Ensure the Bl team effectively leverages the right tools and technologies. Guide the development of complex data models and reports.

Provide feedback on Bl report design and user experience, ensuring reports meet business requirements and are user-friendly.

Provide technical support on DAX measure design to ensure accurate and efficient data calculations.

Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored Bl solutions.

Present findings and strategic insights to senior leadership.

Continuous Improvement : Stay abreast of the latest Bl trends and technologies. Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance Bl capabilities.

YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE / ARE :

• Bl Tools and Technologies : Strong knowledge of Power Bl. Advanced proficiency in creating complex data models and developing interactive dashboards.
• SQL : Strong skills in query writing, performance optimization, and managing large datasets across relational databases.
• Data Warehousing and ETL : Good understanding of data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes.
• Data Analysis and Interpretation : Excellent analytical skills to transform data into actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Project Management : Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Communication and Collaboration : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Agile Methodologies : Advanced understanding of agile practices and experience with leading Agile teams.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field, with proven leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree

IT WOULD BE IDEAL IF YOU HAVE :

• Master's degree in relevant field
• Additional certifications or courses in Bl, data analytics, or related technologies
• Industry Experience : Experience in healthcare ore-learning industries, as well as with sales, client care, digital marketing, and e-commerce data

IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT :

Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office ( 1-hour commute).
