Our client is seeking a Commercial HVAC Estimator to join their dynamic team. If you're ready to take your HVAC skills to the next level, this is the role for you!

As a Commercial MEP Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately estimating costs and prepare bids for commercial HVAC and Plumbing projects.

You'll have the opportunity to work on exciting design build / design assist projects, ranging from industrial facilities to hospitality venues, office complexes, healthcare facilities, and more.

With project values of up to $25 million, this is your chance to make a significant impact in the industry.

Position Responsibilities :

• Conduct detailed analysis of project specifications, blueprints, and other relevant documents to develop accurate estimates.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure accurate cost projections.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive bids to clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is included.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotes for materials and services.
• Continuously monitor project costs and communicate any adjustments or changes to stakeholders.

Position Essential Job Functions :

• Utilize industry-leading software and tools to create detailed cost estimates.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in commercial HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical support and expertise.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to estimates, bids, and project costs.
• Deliver high-quality, timely estimates to meet project deadlines.

Position Skills :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience estimating HVAC, plumbing, and piping projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, components, and installation methods.
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
