We're actively seeking an experienced Financial Advisor / Financial Planner looking to expand their current book of business and join our team in Tennessee.
As a member of our successful team, you'll have the independence to create your own success, backed by unlimited earning potential and the leadership and reputation of our client.
Responsibilities :
- Facilitate a seamless transition for your existing book of business to our client
- Aim to retain at least 60% of your current book of business
- Proactively seek new client relationships
- Leverage networking and referrals for prospective business opportunities
- Showcase exceptional follow-up skills
- Deliver financial planning services to clients using our client's resources
- Maintain proactive communication with clients
- Promote our company's wealth enhancement and planning services
- Advocate established investment models and strategies tailored to our targeted clients
- Embrace a team approach, collaborating with other advisors and staff
- Adhere to company and industry supervisory guidelines and policies
- Attend required meetings, training, community events, and continuing education sessions
- Ensure compliance with all SEC regulations and laws, including consumer protection and the Bank Secrecy Act / Anti-Money Laundering Program
- Perform any other assigned duties
Industry Experience Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years of financial planning and / or investment advisory experience (preferred)
- Experience servicing high net worth clients
- Active Series 7 and 66 licenses
- Current Life and amp; Health Insurance Licenses
- Clean U-4 and U-5 history
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification (preferred)
Knowledge, Skills, and amp; Abilities :
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Superior relationship management and business development skills
- A client service orientation that goes above and beyond
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree or higher (strongly preferred)
