We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Millwork Project Manager to join our innovative engineering team. This position is ideal for a passionate professional with a love for engineering, design, and woodwork.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple millwork projects, from concept to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role requires a strong understanding of CNC operations, project management principles, and extensive knowledge of design software such as Mozaik, AutoCAD, AutoDesk, and Inventor.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage all aspects of millwork projects, including planning, coordination, and execution, to ensure successful project completion.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Utilize CNC machinery and software, including Mozaik, AutoCAD, AutoDesk, and Inventor, to create detailed designs and plans.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure that all projects are manufactured to the highest quality standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress, managing any changes or issues that arise, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Continuously evaluate project processes and outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the millwork or furniture industry.
- Extensive knowledge of CNC operations and millwork production processes.
- Proficiency in design software, including Mozaik, AutoCAD, AutoDesk, and Inventor.
- Experience with Microvellum software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of cabinetry and furniture design and construction.
- Exceptional project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations.
