Healthcare Finance Manager - Remote Opportunity

A national healthcare system seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team.
The Finance Manager position is crucial in providing financial guidance to a network of hospitals, medical groups, and risk-based entities across multiple regions.
This is a remote position available in all U.S. states except Colorado, Hawaii, Massachusetts, New York, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.
In this role, the Healthcare Finance Manager will utilize the Kodiak RCA (Revenue Cycle Analytics) system to drive financial insights and act as a liaison between corporate FP&A and local finance teams.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for implementing and promoting standardized best practices for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Partnering with Enterprise Subject Matter Experts, the Hospital Finance Manager will analyze and communicate insights on key revenue and expense categories.
Duties will include consolidating and summarizing actual and projected divisional financial performance, collaborating with divisional leadership on operational KPIs and improvement plans, and providing support for local finance teams on projects and ad-hoc analytics.
You'll leverage financial reporting tools such as Essbase and HFM, as well as Excel-based models, for in-depth analysis.
