Office Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking an Office Assistant to join a client in Fremont. The role is 100% onsite. This can be a temp-to-hire role for the right candidate.
Hours are Monday - Friday 7 : 00 am - 4 : 00 pm.
Job Duties :
- Provide administrative support services.
- Provide customer service to internal partners and clients.
- Data entry, formattting reports, communicating with team.
Requirements :
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Excel)
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Ability to work with guidance, but not constant supervision.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
