We have assembled a first-class team of Physicians, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Certified Nurse Midwives and skilled support staff that are here to provide the women of the Gulf Coast exceptional medical care.

Position Highlights :

• Join an established practice with 10 clinicians : 6 physicians and 3 CNMs and one NP with two locations : Sarasota office is located on the hospital campus of Sarasota Memorial and satellite office is in North Port.
• Volume : 16-18 patients per day
• Deliveries at Sarasota Memorial
• 45 Deliveries per month
• Evaluates pregnant and postpartum women including managing all aspects of pre-natal visits
• Provide gynecological care including family planning
• Call schedule is 1 in 4 - post call day off
• 4 day workweek

Requirements :

• AMCB Certified Nurse-Midwife
• Graduate of a nurse-midwifery education program accredited by ACNM Accreditation Commission for Midwifery Education (ACME)
• Master's degree in Nursing (MS / MSN)
• Active and unrestricted state registered nurse (RN) license

CPR and NALS Certification

• Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
• One year of full-time experience as a CNM is preferred but new grads encouraged to apply with L&D experience!
