Responsibilities Work in a hospital environment floating between critical care units Night shift schedule with 3x12 hour shifts from 7 : 00pm to 7 : 00am Patient population includes high acuity ICU cases in a level 1 trauma setting Floating to various critical care units as needed Every other weekend and every other holiday required Responsible for providing ICU-level care and floating as needed to multiple critical care units Orientation includes required modules and an EKG test Pre-start and orientation modules must be completed and are tracked in Workday Every call out must be made up at the end of the assignment Holiday coverage is assigned on an every-other basis Requirements Active MA RN license in hand is required BLS and ACLS certifications required Minimum of 3 years recent ICU experience required; 5 years in a level 1 trauma facility preferred Epic charting experience preferred Must pass a pass / fail EKG exam during orientation with a score of at least 80% Two professional references required, one must be from a Nurse Manager or higher Cannot have any disciplinary action on nursing license Must live at least 200 miles from the facility Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-625735.
