Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - TICU
Shift : Nights, 7p-7a, 12x3, 36 hrs per week
Length : 13 weeks
Minimum weekend requirement is 4 weekend shifts per schedule.
Requirements :Contract labor is first to float. If the staffing need is in med / surg, contract labor is expected to float to med / surg and take the assignment.
Number of Beds : 20Patient Ratios : 2 : 1, sometimes 1 : 1 depending on acuity.Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Occasional nurse extern working as a tech.
Type of equipment : Ventilators, EVDs, CRRT, SLED, EV 1000, tractionScheduling requirements : Minimum weekend requirement is 4 weekend shifts per schedule.
Schedule is done in 4 week increments. Self-scheduling to an extent. Manager will move shifts to balance out schedule.Patient Experience requirements : Expected to provide attentive and compassionate care to patients / family members
