Job duties include :
- Ensure that all guests leave happy.
- Follow all policies and procedures.
- Complete all assigned opening, running, closing duties and side work.
- Show up on time.
- Follow all health and alcohol beverage service standards.
- Greet and guide guest through our ordering and payment process.
- Take orders from customers for food and beverages following all steps of service guidelines.
- Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their visit and take action to correct any problems.
- Maintain a working knowledge of food and drink menu items, promotions, ingredients, and prep time.
- Upsell by being proactive with suggestive selling, prompt service, and alerting guests of specials.
- Deliver beverages to all tables.
- Maintain a clean workspace, adhering to food safety sanitation and safety guidelines.
- Communicate customer orders to kitchen staff.
- Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner.
- Clear and sanitize tables.
We open at 2pm on Monday through Thursday, 11 : 30am on Friday, and at 10am on Saturday and Sunday. A manager can meet you by appointment, starting an hour before opening each day.
