THE JOB :
Asa Spa & Salon Receptionist, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your approachable, and personable demeanor, coupled with your dedication to provide delightful check-in experiences for guests, and maintain impeccable cleanliness levels will set the stage for the memories that guests can carry with them well past their stay with us.
By delivering top-notch guest experiences, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.
STARTING PAY RATE : $15 Hourly
SCHEDULE : On Call
Hours of Operation
Mon - Sun : 7 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm

THE DAY-TO-DAY :
Ensure that the Receptionist area is clean and presentable for all incoming guests
Provide individualized experiences by engaging with guests and personalizing recommendations to promote services, enhancements, upgrades and retail products
Assist guests in the booking of spa services, and use of sauna, steam, whirlpools, and other spa amenities
Create exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests with questions, ensuring professional and courteous behavior
Manage cash bank daily, retain knowledge of spa / salon software system
Maintain knowledge and adherence to all departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies
Inform management of all guest issues, needed supplies or equipment related issues
Perform other job-related duties as requested
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
Currently holds or is able to obtain a Food Handler's Card
Ability to work various shiftspossibly includingweekends and holidays
Has a flexible schedule
Is dependable and service-focused
Has prior experience using Zenoti, and Opera
