Responsibilities :
Month-end Tasks : Responsible for month-end financial reporting activities to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
General Ledger Management (GL) : Maintain and reconcile the general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) : Handle AP and AR processes, including invoicing, payments, and collections to maintain healthy cash flow.
Depreciation Schedule : Work with depreciation schedules to accurately account for asset depreciation over time.
Excel required
Medical Billing knowledge, familiarity with bill.com and QuickBooks are all a huge plus, but not required
