About The Position
Job Title : Rehabilitation Therapist Job Specialty : Speech Therapist Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Days Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week Experience : Open to new graduates;
Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred License : Valid speech therapy license required Certifications : N / A Must-Have : - Resume and license verification must be attached Job Description : - Conduct speech therapy sessions for individuals in need of rehabilitation therapy - Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders - Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary - Provide education and support to patients and families regarding therapy goals and techniques - Complete documentation and reports in accordance with professional standards Additional Requirements : - COVID-19 test required 72 hours prior to start date, with results issued 48 hours prior to start date - Position urgency is normal - Bilingual and holiday coverage not required Please ensure all materials are submitted to prevent application decline.
