Primary Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Onsite :
Our BCBAs play a crucial role in the company and will lead a team of virtual / hybrid BCBAs as well as R / BTs. This individual will also work alongside other primary BCBAs to provide outstanding service to our clients and staff while maximizing services.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop the ABA program under Pediatric services, in collaboration with other primary BCBAs.
- Provide treatment services to children and families.
- Complete initial assessments for newly identified families.
- Complete clinical assessments to guide the development of programming based on Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Develop and regularly update comprehensive ABA programs for clients based on the completion of assessments and analysis of data in a timely manner.
- Complete Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans for clients in accordance with state laws.
- Provide clinical direction on implementing ABA programs to multidisciplinary teams, including guiding others to understand the purpose of the interventions, how to address the function of behaviors and their validation in the literature, etc.
- Oversee implementation and ensure procedural integrity and proficiency of behavior plans and programming as implemented by direct care team members through onsite consultation and review of data.
- Provide training to staff and families on Applied Behavior Analysis with client specific goals for skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
- Lead and attend clinical supervision and staff meetings to review consumer programs and organizational initiatives.
- Develop quality assurance for sound billing and administrative practices.
- Market the ABA program along with the senior BCBA and other BCBAs.
- Aide in developing and monitoring revenue metrics for the ABA programs’ growth.
Education / Position Requirements :
- Master’s Degree or higher in Behavioral Analyst, Special Education, or Human Services Discipline with an emphasis in Behavioral Analyst.
- BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Licensed in the state of North Carolina Behavioral Analyst License Board (NCBALB). If not currently licensed, MUST be licensed in 30 days or less from date of hire.
- Ability to work flexible hours as required to meet clients’ and clinic needs.
- Absolute integrity and the use of good judgment to handle the professional and confidential nature of assignments.
- Ability to adapt to changing organizational needs.
- Speaks, writes, reads, and comprehends English. Fluency in another language is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills are comprised of written, verbal and presentation capabilities.
- Ability to actively listen, use logic to identify strengths, weaknesses, and solutions.
- Must be a motivated individual and self-starter.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Job Type : This is a salaried-exempt, full-time onsite position.
Compensation :
- $120,000 annual base pay
- Production Bonus Eligible
- Retention Eligible
Schedule : Primary BCBA are scheduled a minimum of 40 hours a week and must have flexibility in scheduling as your schedule may shift to cover the needs of the clinic.
Clinics are open Monday Friday 8 : 00AM-6 : 30PM and Saturday 8 : 00AM-1 : 00PM.
