About the Role
Our In-Office Internship Program offers a unique opportunity to contribute to various aspects of our full-service business law firm.
Job Scope : Our interns work side by side with department heads and professionals to provide a superior level of service for our internal and external clients in one of the most beautiful and iconic buildings in Downtown Jacksonville! Given your career focus, you may work within a variety of departments : Legal Services and Support Staff, Marketing Team, Firm Culture & Events, Accounting, HR, and IT.
Our Internship Program provides the best and brightest Undergrad students the opportunity to contribute to real-world projects and make meaningful networking connections.
Responsibilities
- Aggregate and organize data from various online sources to support outreach initiatives.
- Conduct detailed online research to identify potential business opportunities.
- Support the development and execution of business development strategies.
- Assist in maintaining and updating client databases.
- Collaborate with the marketing and legal teams to ensure alignment on outreach goals.
- Help track and report on business development activities and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Proficiency in online research and data aggregation tools.
- Excellent computer skills and experience working with business development or CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
