  • Assignment Type : Travel Registered Nurse (RN) contract\n
  • Healthcare Setting : Level I Trauma Center, Short Term Acute Care Facility\n
  • Start Date : November 3, 2025\n
  • End Date : February 2, 2026\n
  • Contract Duration : 13 weeks\n
  • Shifts : 3x12-hour day shifts (07 : 00 – 19 : 00), Friday – Sunday block\n
  • Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week (facility may call off up to 6 times per 13-week assignment)\n
  • On-Call : Limited; up to 8 weeknight call shifts in an 8-week period (30-minute callback time)\n
  • Patient Ratio : 1 : 1\n
  • Scrubs : Provided\n
  • Charting System : Cerner\n
  • Parking : Free onsite\n
  • Estimated Weekly Salary : $1800-$1930\n

    • \n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Active, unrestricted Arizona RN license or valid compact state nursing license\n
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience\n
  • Proven experience in general, orthopedic, spine, trauma, and neuro (including craniotomies) surgical cases\n
  • Level I trauma experience required (will consider highly skilled clinicians with recent Level II trauma experience in similar or larger facilities)\n
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications\n
  • Ability to participate in limited on-call rotation as assigned\n
  • Comfortable working a Friday – Sunday block schedule\n
  • First-time travel nurses welcome!\n

    • \n\nOR RN Responsibilities\n \n

  • Deliver direct patient care in the Operating Room, prioritizing patient safety and compliance with facility protocols\n
  • Assist with a wide range of surgical procedures : orthopedic, trauma, spine, neuro, and general surgeries\n
  • Respond rapidly and effectively in emergency and trauma situations\n
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and clinical support staff\n
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Cerner electronic health records\n
  • Participate in limited on-call rotation and respond within 30 minutes as needed\n
  • Adhere to quality standards and patient safety protocols, including medication administration\n
  • May float to other clinical areas as needed based on skills and facility requirements\n
