About The Position
Weekly Pay Range - $2616 To $2906 Job Title : Occupational Therapist Job Specialty : Occupational Therapy - Rehab Services Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 10-hour days, 4-day workweek Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week Experience : Minimum 1 year License : Required Certifications : BLS Must-Have : Generalist with evaluation and treatment skills to cover a broad range of patients Job Description : Treat a highly variable number of patients per day based on census and scheduled hours.
- Work within inpatient, swing-bed, assisted living, and outpatient settings.- Cover all areas as required, including general medical, CVA, post-op THR / TKR, and more.
- Engage with common diagnoses such as hip fractures, adhesive capsulitis, tendon injuries, and others.- Function under the supervision of the OT Manager and collaborate with two COTAs.
- Follow the 4 x 10-hour or 5 x 8-hour shift pattern, with patient scheduling managed by the secretary as guided by clinical need.
- Adhere to the dress code of black scrubs or a black collared shirt with khaki pants.- Use the Cerner Corporation - Millennium system for charting.
- Participate in department-specific orientation covering areas like acute (40%), outpatient (40%), swing-bed (10%), and assisted living (10%).
This job does not currently require weekend or holiday work.
