Rotherham Aspire has an exciting opportunity to appoint an Assistant Headteacher responsible for the strategic leadership of our Primary and Secondary SEMH Outreach Team.

We are seeking a motivated professional, who has an in-depth understanding of children with SEMH and other SEND needs, with a record of impactful leadership in their current and previous roles.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating, both the Primary and Secondary Outreach Teams.
You will work closely with Aspire colleagues, children, young people and their families and with colleagues in mainstream school settings to reengage pupils in education, provide bespoke training packages for school staff and reduce the risk of exclusion.
You will have successful experience of managing and leading a team of people, playing an active leadership role whilst staying up-to-date with developments, reviewing and sharing data to support best practice and should be fully up to date with the legislation in your field.
You will demonstrate outstanding professionalism, determination and relentless optimism. Able to lead by example and be a source of inspiration, you will support and inspire colleagues and have the highest regard for every child.
