Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - $500 Sign On

We are looking to hire a Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) in San Diego who wants to join a company that is growing, and utilizing their experience to make a large impact on a family's life.

Blooming Behavior Services offers a competitive salary of $70,000-85,000 a year and is currently even offering a $500 sign-on bonus*!

What you will do :

• Design and oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs for patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other special needs children.
• Conduct ongoing training to staff, caregivers, and other professionals to implement ABA treatment plans
• Conduct face-to-face supervision for patients in assigned region
• Conduct patient's team meetings in order to update the patient's treatment plan and to support behavior instructors and caregivers on the team
• Assess the patient's treatment needs and write detailed goals and objectives for each patient's treatment plan so that progress may be tracked and measured
• Write initial assessments and progress reports according to insurer
• Support families with IEP, IFSP, and transition meetings to present the patient's present level of performance, progress on current goals, and proposed goals
• Conduct coordination of care meetings with caregivers, school personnel, SLP, and OT providers
• Perform other job duties, as assigned

Qualifications and Skills :

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, behavior science, human development, social work, or rehabilitation
• BCBA certification
• Minimal 1-year of experience working as a behavior instructor implementing ABA interventions with children with ASD
• Minimal 1-year of experience working as a behavior supervisor designing ABA programs for children with ASD, as well as training caregivers and instructors how to implement these interventions
• Knowledge and experience with DTT, NET, VB
• Experience conducting assessments : VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, FBA
• Fluency in Spanish is desired, but not required

sign-on bonuses are paid after 3 months of employment at Blooming Behavior Services. Only a qualified BCBA who has already passed their BCBA exam by the start of employment would qualify for the $500 sign-on bonus.

referral bonus is paid after 3 months of employment at Blooming Behavior Services. Both referring employee and the referred employee must be employed and in good standing with Blooming Behavior Services at 3 months to receive referral bonus.
