Seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to assist with care in the Mobile County, AL area

Physical Therapist PT Responsibilities :

• Provide personalized one-to-one care to clients based on individualized Plan of Care
• Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions and needs to the Director of Nursing
• Keep clients' families informed about care plans, health changes, and any concerns

Physical Therapist PT Requirements :

• Current unrestricted PT license in the state where care is being provided
• Certified BLS CPR(AHA In-Person) and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
• Minimum of one year documented experience in a home health agency, primary care clinic, or health facility preferred
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and assisting clients with mobility
