100% Remote
Mental Health Therapist
Contractor 1099 positions available
Responsibilities of Therapist :
- Rendering evidence based therapeutic treatment to patients
- Providing an array of mental health services to promote individualized patient recovery primarily through tele-health video or telephone
- Conducting intakes, individual, group, and family therapy when applicable
- Providing mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services
- Completing and maintaining documentation in a timely and accurate manner and according to Federal, State and company guidelines
Qualifications of a Therapist :
Required :
- Active LICSW, LMFT in Massachusetts.
- 1 year of demonstrated psychotherapy experience using evidence-based treatment
- 1 year of experience with documenting and treatment planning within an EMR
- Access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet connection and private, quiet space for sessions
Preferred :
- Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese
- Prior tele-health or remote experience
- Reliable self-starter who is able to work independently and also as part of a team
- Strong engagement and assessment skills to work with a diverse range of patients
Fair work deserves fair wages, we at Valera support wage-transparency and value this role starting at fee-for service :
$35 30 min
$50 45 min
$60 60 min
