This important role will provide technical and administrative support to members of the compliance team. They will serve as liaison between Virginia Housing and the rental housing portfolio internal and external customers, and act as the central point for customer service for rental housing’s compliance and asset management administration function.

They will be responsible for accurate and expedient processing and dissemination of program information / documents.

To be successful in this role you must possess :

Attention to detail and organization, must be organized and able to multi-task.

Ability to work well with others in a team environment and be willing to take initiative to get the work completed.

The ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and effectively problem solve

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.

Associate’s degree or equivalent vocational / technical training or equivalent work experience.

The ideal candidate would also have a few years of experience working in an administrative capacity.

This position will report to our Innsbrook office in Glen Allen, VA.
