Unified Women's Healthcare is seeking an Office Manager to support Royal Women's Care a newly formed practice in Palm Beach County.
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the OB / GYN office, ensuring efficient workflow, managing staff, and providing high-quality patient service.
This role involves coordinating administrative tasks, managing financials, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities Supervise and manage office staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Oversee appointment scheduling, patient flow, and office logistics to ensure a smooth operation.
Manage office finances, including billing, budgeting, payroll, and purchasing supplies. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Handle patient complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction. Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency. Maintain electronic health records (EHR) and ensure data accuracy and security.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a physician office required.
Experience with Athena EMR preferred. Proven experience in healthcare management, preferably in an OB / GYN setting. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of medical billing, coding, and EHR systems. Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
