Commercial Contracts Attorney

A company is looking for a Commercial Contracts Attorney with utilities experience.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), vendor, and IT agreements

Support the in-house legal team, allowing senior counsel to focus on more substantive matters

Collaborate with business stakeholders across the company in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Experience in commercial contracts, preferably within the utilities industry

Strong background in technology sector contracting may be considered

Ability to work remotely and commit to 20 hours per week

Prior experience supporting legal teams in a corporate setting
