Starting wage for this position is $15.00 per hour plus gratuity

How do I make an impact on my team?

The Bistro Caf by Courtyard Marriott provides refreshing to-go options as well as full sit-down options for breakfast and dinner including food, cocktails, wine, beer, and Starbucks coffee.

Our friendly and attentive Evening Barista / Bartender Server will help to brighten the day for our hotel guests in this fast-paced Bistro Caf environment.

• Greet every guest with a friendly smile and welcoming attitude
• Complete opening and closing duties (setting up, stocking, and maintaining work areas)
• Take guests orders and obtaining payment and providing correct change
• Communicate meal requirements, in regards to allergies, dietary needs, and special requests, to the kitchen
• Prepare and serve beverages (coffee drinks, cocktails, wine, and beer) in addition to serving food to our guests
• Prepare ingredients for cooking and cooking the food according to recipes
• Setting up meeting room for conferences and servicing the meeting room

What does success look like in this role?

• Ability to work during the hours of 4 : 00 pm until 11 : 00 pm
• Must have a minimum of six months of previous restaurant, serving or food handling experience
• Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation
• Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Reliability and honesty
• Desire to contribute to a supportive and effective team
