The Roberts Williams Team at RE / MAX Premier is actively seeking a Customer Relationship & Marketing Specialist to join our growing real estate team.
This role is essential for managing our past customer database, orchestrating thoughtful gifting programs, enhancing our online presence through engaging social media posts, and coordinating memorable events.

Compensation :
- Salary Base : $38,000-$48,000
- Bonus Potential
- Paid time off (after 90-day probationary period)

Responsibilities :
- Load all past customers and network contacts into the CRM database, and keep the database updated with information as needed
- Create and implement gifting programs (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.) Coordinate the Thank You card program
- Keep track of closings and ensure we have celebration items ready Consistently update listings, photos, videos, etc. on all Social Media platforms
- Manage and update team website
- Develop a system for sending monthly postcards and letters of the heart Obtain Google reviews from past / current customers
- Plan and coordinate marketing events with customers and business partners
- Assist in answering calls and delegate to the proper person
- Call and book appointments with business partners
- Management Responsibilities :
- Manage yourself and your schedule. Find ways to improve the team’s systems
- Create & Maintaining the manual on Marketing Systems and Customer Relationships.

Qualifications :
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize daily workload
- Computer proficiency experience with Google Sheets and Airtable is a plus!
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness must be thorough and LOVE checklists!
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, growth / learner mindset
- Service-based attitude with the ability to handle strong personalities
- Must have a CAN and WILL DO attitude. This person will be willing to help out wherever needed to help the team succeed.
