Job Description : Bi-Lingual (Chinese) Project Manager (Construction)

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager with 3–6 years of experience in construction project management that can speak and write both Chinese and English. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering construction projects on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site staff.
- Track project progress and prepare regular status reports.
- Identify and resolve issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
- Monitor and control project costs to achieve financial goals.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
Speak and write both English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred)Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.3–6 years of project management experience in the construction industry.Proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion.Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar).Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.PMP certification (preferred, but not required).Compensation & Benefits
