Revival Talent Solutions is excited to partner with a cutting-edge healthcare technology company to find a passionate Staff / Senior Machine Learning Engineer specializing in NLP and Large Language Models (LLMs).
In this role, you’ll work on groundbreaking solutions that transform the way doctors and patients interact by developing AI-driven applications that streamline workflows and improve patient outcomes.
What You’ll Do :
- Innovate : Build state-of-the-art NLP models from patient-doctor conversations, enabling real-time analysis and recommendations to improve healthcare delivery.
- Lead : Design, develop, and deploy custom Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance clinical efficiency and reduce the administrative burden on healthcare professionals.
- Scale : Deploy models at scale in production, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems.
- Automate : Build robust ML pipelines for automated model serving and improve processes to generate training data.
- Collaborate : Partner with product and UX teams to explore new AI opportunities and enhance the user experience.
What You’ll Bring :
- 4+ years of experience in MLOps and deploying ML models in production environments.
- Expertise in training and fine-tuning NLP models and LLMs, with experience in platforms like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Sagemaker, or Vertex AI.
- Bonus : Experience with Spark, Kubeflow, Apache Beam, and training ASR models.
- Strong experience in building and architecting RESTful services.
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) is a plus.
- Passion for learning new technologies and solving complex challenges.
