General Liability Defense Attorney
Location : Philadelphia, PA (On-site 3 days a week; potential for additional WFH days over time)

They specialize in Insurance Coverage, Construction Defects and Site Injuries , and Governmental Liability . With a team of senior litigators who have participated in over 200 jury trials , the firm is dedicated to providing high-quality, cost-efficient legal services.
Job Description
- Represent clients in general liability defense cases .
- Draft pleadings, briefs, and various legal documents.
- Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for trial.
- Develop trial strategies and advocate for clients in court.
- Collaborate with senior litigators to enhance case development.
- Manage a diverse caseload while providing strategic legal advice to clients.
- Focus primarily on defense-side litigation .
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in general liability defense .
- Must possess recent litigation experience .
- Familiarity with construction site accidents , product liability , or premises liability is a plus.
- Must have experience on the defense side .
