Here's what you can anticipate :
Evolution Academy Training : Start with us, and you'll undergo two weeks of thorough training at our Evolution Academy.
Learn the ropes of our core casino games and hone your on-camera presentation skills.
Work Schedule : Our studio operates 24 / 7 so preparedness for evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts is essential.
Who We're Looking For :
- Individuals who are professional, mature, and understand the importance of workplace guidelines.
- Those with a strong service mindset and excellent communication abilities.
- Responsibility and dedication not just to the role but to team collaboration.
- The ability to engage and offer a memorable experience for our live players.
- Quick learners who adapt seamlessly to new concepts.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License.
- Required to successfully complete a pre-employment background check.
- Must wear assigned uniforms and maintain professional appearance standards.
- At least one year of experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Responsible, dedicated, and dependable.

Essential Game Presenter and Game Show Host Physical Functions :
- Prolonged sitting at counter height (36 ) chairs and tables
- Repeated use of both hands and arms
- Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
- Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away
- Ability to communicate one way verbally to players
- Ability to lift up to up to 10 lbs. (for the shoe)
- Ability to present on camera continuously in front of 30W High Beam Bi-Color LED Soft Lights without protective eyewear
- Ability to work a full time schedule
- Game Show Hosts : the ability to wear 2 + heels while standing for 1.5 hours at a time.
