Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction for sales call center operations to align with company goals

Lead and develop call center leaders and licensed sales teams for high performance

Optimize staffing and resources to maximize productivity and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred

10+ years of experience in call center sales leadership, preferably in financial services or insurance

Proven track record managing large-scale inside sales operations (100+ seats)

Knowledge of call center metrics such as Service Level and AHT
