Accounting Clerk

Core Functions

• Manage vendor relationships and payment processing while ensuring adherence to internal protocols
• Oversee client billing cycles and maintain healthy cash flow through timely collections
• Maintain precise financial documentation and records
• Serve as primary contact for financial inquiries from stakeholders
• Partner with finance team members to enhance operational workflows
• Support additional finance initiatives as needed

Required Qualifications :

• Post-secondary education in business, finance, or comparable field preferred
• Prior experience (1-2 years) handling financial transactions and record-keeping
• Experience in Excel and / or QuickBooks
• Mastery of financial management software and spreadsheet applications
• Exceptional eye for detail and commitment to accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands efficiently
• Strong relationship-building and communication capabilities
• Self-motivated with ability to thrive both independently and in group settings
• Passion for professional development in financial operations

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;
• office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
