Registered Nurse Pediatric Intensive Care - PICU - Travel - (PICU RN)

StartDate : 7 / 29 / 2024 Available Shifts : 12 N Pay Rate : $1375.87 - $1516.27

Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Open Heart PCICU -No PICU candidates please ONLY ACCEPTING 07 / 29 START. ANY OTHER STARTS WILL BE DROPPED.

Holidays and weekends required, Variable schedule. Care for a wide range of pediatric acute care patients, including complex patients, in PCICU and PICU in one of the most outstanding academic medical systems in the country.

Great travel experience and looks fantastic on a resume. Nurse Manager Interviews REQUIREMENTS :

• Min. 2yr of working on the Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit *Not Floated to
• Min 3 yrs. experience LEVEL 3 PCICU skills.
• RN with prior travel required.
• BLS and ALS
• PALS
• EPIC Work history must reflect teaching hospital experience.
• Florida or compact license included in candidate's file at time of submission. Scrubs provided. No permeable shoes. All new RN starts will be required to pass a basic test in their specialty and an EKG test.

The EKG test includes mapping and interpreting. Nurses must be able to identify lethal rhythms. If unable to do so there will be extended remedial training beyond Day Two of orientation.

All compliance documents due 10 days out from start date Reminder : FL ACHA may take up to 14 business days to process from time of receipt and must be completed and cleared before then.

NO RTO THE FIRST 2 weeks of any NEW Assignment RTO will NOT be Approved for any HOLIDAY!! 6 DAY MAX RTO SUBMISSION FOR A 13 WEEK CONTRACT

Required Qualifications

FL RN LIC

BLS, ACLS, and PALS

PALS SCL and Reference within a year

EPIC Charting Experience

50 MILE RADIUS RULE

RTO upon submission (six days max)
