The ideal candidate will have a strong background in securities law and capital markets transactions, demonstrating expertise in public company reporting obligations, SEC compliance, corporate governance, and various debt and equity transactions.
Duties :
- Provide expert legal advice on securities law matters and capital markets transactions.
- Navigate and ensure compliance with public company reporting obligations and corporate governance requirements.
- Lead due diligence teams and effectively manage specialists involved in various legal processes.
- Draft and review legal documents related to securities offerings and corporate transactions.
- Offer counsel on reporting requirements and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in corporate law with a focus on securities and capital markets.
- Specific expertise in public company reporting obligations, SEC compliance, and corporate governance.
- Proven experience in managing multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
- Excellent writing skills and a track record of delivering high-quality legal documents.
- Superior academic credentials, demonstrating a strong foundation in legal principles.
Education :
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications :
Active license to practice law in CO.
