The beautiful is looking for a Part-Time Night Auditor to join their front desk team! This 288-suite property is across from the King St.

Metro and the Alexandria Union Station. A Part-Time Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing the auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions to support the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Ideal candidates for this position will have 3-5 years tenure working in face-to-face customer service, thrive working in a team environment and have the ability to learn multiple hospitality computer programs!

Shift Pattern : candidates should be available to work an overnight shift from 11 pm to 7 am Thursday - Sunday

Pay Rate : $20.78 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Part-Time Night Auditor, you would be responsible for overseeing the auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions to support the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards :

• Greet and register guests, providing prompt and courteous service
• Complete the registration process, code electronic keys, and makes appropriate selection of rooms based on guest needs
• Check guests out of the hotel, as needed
• Resolve guest challenges throughout their stay in the hotel
• Upgrade guests, and promote hotel services and amenities as well as marketing programs (Hilton Honors)
• Audit, post and balance daily cashiers' work for outlets
• Ensure credit card system reconciles to daily transaction lists
