Transportation Logistics Coordinator
Description Midwest Recreational Clearinghouse (CrankyApe.com) is hiring a Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Hastings, MN.
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM.
This position is responsible for contacting and qualifying various recreational power sport vehicles and automobiles for transport around the U.
S. and coordinating delivery details. This position will entail mostly calling or emailing various locations and parties to gather vehicle condition and release requirements.
Information gathered will be entered into our system and then forwarded to a dispatcher, uploaded to load boards or submitted directly to transporters.
That information will be used to secure and schedule the transport of the vehicle to one of our locations.

Requirements
- Knowledge or experience with the various types of recreational vehicles preferred.
- Former driving or logistics experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.
- Good PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
- Excellent communication, note taking, phone and problem-solving skills are required.
- Able to multi-task and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Able to make decisions in a timely manner and with a sense of urgency.
- Team player and customer service mentality.
- Bilingual in Spanish / English is a plus
