Shift :

• Full-time : Monday - Friday, with a 5 AM start time
• 1st Shift

Position Summary :

Responsible for the safe operation of company equipment and timely, courteous delivery of product to our customers!

Position Responsibilities :

• Safely and professionally operate a commercial motor vehicle
• Use Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and / or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as an electric pallet jack and / or hand truck
• Maneuver vehicles and equipment in congested areas with limited space and potential obstacles
• Unload and deliver products to our customers utilizing various methodologies that may include manual conveyors, carts, or pallets in multi-temperature environments
• Provide exceptional customer service to consumers and store personnel
• Complete delivery and pick up paperwork
• Pick up returned product as required
• Collect company assets to include payments, carts, pallets, etc.
• Complete pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle
• Complete company training and certifications as required
• Effectively communicate and maintain contact with shift supervisor, dispatch, and / or co-workers
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience :

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Must have at least 1 year of Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the military
• Must have and maintain an acceptable driving record in compliance with DOT requirements
• Must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. regularly
• Must be able to pass a post-offer background, DOT Physical, and drug test
