We are looking for a Branch Manager to provide top notch customer service to our clients and customers at our Richardson banking center in Richardson, TX .

Essential Functions :

• Manage the overall performance and operations of the banking center, including loans, deposits, other referral products, and service quality while managing a complement of exempt and non-exempt personnel.
• Act as primary business development officer, responsible for the expansion of existing business relationships, the development of new business, and calling on both prospective and existing clients.
• Provide sales leadership for the banking center, overseeing both the inside and outside sales efforts of employees.
• Direct banking center activities, maintaining appropriate operational, credit risk management, and security oversight in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Extend credit to businesses and / or individuals through a wide variety of commercial, consumer, real estate, and agricultural loans.
• Oversee community development and relations.
• Process cash transactions and perform other customer service and sales duties within the banking center as needed, using discretion to determine when to perform these additional functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• 4+ years' experience in branch banking, operations, or retail management, or 3+ years' directly related experience.
• Network presence in surrounding areas preferred.
• Broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in applicable discipline, plus knowledge of other related fields.
• Strong knowledge of the banking industry, including lending and banking products.
• Excellent customer service and management skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions, build relationships, and work with a variety of clients, employees, and management.
• Experienced in handling and resolving various client concerns.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Proficient knowledge of computer programs.
• Ability to set and maintain high quality work standards.
• Ability to deal effectively with people in various job capacities.
• Ability to lead a team.

Hours of Work :

• Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday; 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 30 p.m., and Saturday; 8 : 30 a.m. to 1 : 30 p.m.
• This is a full-time position : 40.00 hours per week. Must be able to work a flexible schedule within the hours listed above, including the ability to work Saturdays when required.
