HH is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a leading manufacturing client located on the west side of Indianapolis dedicated to delivering high-quality products to their customers.

They take great pride in their commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Maintenance Technicians with specialized experience in repairing production / manufacturing machines & general equipment.

The ideal candidates will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and a solid understanding of maintenance procedures.

This role requires someone who can work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure the continuous operation of our manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities :

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production / Manufactuing machines and plastic injection molding equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with machinery.

Conduct preventive maintenance tasks according to schedule to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

Collaborate with production teams to address equipment-related issues and support production goals.

Document maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts replacement, using maintenance management software.

Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment as needed.

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.

Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.

3+ years Expertise in repairing manufacturing / production machines and molding equipment is essential.

Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.

Familiarity with maintenance management software (, CMMS) is a plus.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
