LaSalle Network has partnered with an award-winning law firm looking for a Part-Time Office Clerk to join their team. As a Part-Time Office Clerk, you will assist certain members of staff with any clerical or office support work that may be needed daily.
This company is seeking an outgoing individual who can commute to downtown Chicago and can take on 20-30 hours / week.
Part-Time Office Clerk Responsibilities :
- Support internal teams with any administrative tasks needed
- Assist with organizing and preparing deliverables for the office and on-site events
- Track and update information in Excel and Google Sheets
- Assist with mail and package distribution
- Work as the liaison between the building and office
- Manage internal and vendor communication
Part-Time Office Clerk Requirements :
- 1+ years of prior administrative or office support experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent typing skills
- Ability to commit to a part time schedule 20-30 hours / week
- Professional presentation, strong written and verbal communication skills
