About The Position
Job Title : Registered Nurse
- Medical / Surgical
- Night Shift

- Surgical team as a Registered Nurse. We value high
- quality patient care in an inclusive environment.
Responsibilities :
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients, focusing on Neuro and Post
- surgical conditions.
- Maintain a patient to nurse ratio of 5 : 1 / 6 : 1.
- Adhere to unit policies and collaborate with a supportive team.
- Utilize telemetry monitoring and Alaris IV pumps.
- Float to other units as required.
Shift Details :
- Night shift : 19 : 00
- 07 : 30, every other weekend.
Qualifications :
- 2 years of experience.
- BLS, ACLS Certifications.
- Experience with EMR : Meditech.
Uniform : Ceil Blue Scrubs.
