JobSummary :
As an AI Recruitment Specialistat RealVoice AI you will be at the forefront of building a team andat the forefront of the AIdriven recruitment process.
Youll managethe fullcycle recruitment leveraging our unique AI technology toattract assess and hire top talent for our rapidly expanding team.
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about AI highly organized andpassionate about finding the right fit for both our company and ourcandidates.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage the AIdriven full recruitment lifecycleincluding sourcing screening interviewing and hiring.
Collaborate with hiring managersto identify staffing needs.
Utilize our AI system to engage with and qualify leadsfor various
positions.
Conduct interviews and assess candidatesqualifications and cultural fit.
Demonstrate our revolutionary AI voice technology topotential
candidates.
Manage and maintain our AIpowered applicanttracking system (ATS).
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for futureopenings.
Coordinateand participate in techfocused recruitment events and career
fairs.
Provide feedback to help improve our AIdriven recruitmentprocess.
Ensure apositive candidate experience from initial AIpowered contact to
onboarding.
Qualifications :
Proven Experience inRecruitment Sales Customer Service or a related field (preferredbut not required).
Comfort with technology and eagerness to learn.
Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up diligently with
candidates.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in afastpaced startup
environment.

Fixed Salary of $2200 upon trial completion
