What you’ll do : We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks with a high level of professionalism.

Typical functions include : Order and maintain office supplies and equipment. Coordinate support for technical issues and equipment needs.

Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including mail and deliveries Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.

Coordinate and schedule travel, meetings, and appointments for the management team. Support employee engagement initiatives such as office events / celebrations Oversee document management tasks, including filing and retrieving records, creating and maintaining databases / spreadsheets and preparing and editing documents / reports / presentations.

Support management team with special projects as needed. Successful candidates will have the following qualifications : Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field preferred Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Upon conversion to full-time, employees would receive a full compensation packet inclusive of base salary, end-of-year bonus eligibility, benefits, and would have the potential to earn equity in FedTech.

Location and Hours : 20 hours per week in a hybrid work arrangement (approximately 4 hours / day with 3 days in person at our headquarters in Arlington, VA and 2 days remote).
