Position Overview
The Senior Analyst for Financial Planning & Analysis Center of Excellence (FP&A CoE) will partner with our Business Finance Office teams as Relationship Manager, and support Enterprise initiative projects that will drive the Finance organization forward.
This individual will be responsible for supporting financial results, variance analysis, financial planning, and management reporting.
Will collaborate with other members of the FP&A CoE team on Enterprise initiative projects to ensure we are providing best value for our business stakeholders.
This individual will report to the AVP of FP&A CoE.
Support BFO Teams On
- 5-year Planning and quarterly Forecasting on Expenses and Headcount
- Assist with the preparation of monthly / quarterly research & analysis package of Actuals vs. Budget and / or Forecast
- Collaborate on Cost Center creation and change requests
- Field and complete ad-hoc requests from business partners
Support FP&A CoE with :
- Work with IT Finance on Cost Center creation and Reporting Hierarchy maintenance
- Budget / Forecast uploads into Oracle EPM (Planning System)
- Assist with Excel-based Expense Modeling
- Monthly reporting and ad-hoc requests
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Detail oriented and accuracy-focused
- Analytical thinking and organizational skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast-paced environment
- Multi-tasking and time management skills required to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
The base salary range for this role is
$62,000 $118,000 USD
