- Begin to understand the procedure being performed and start to anticipate the surgeon's needs. - Work within a system operating on low, mid, and high performer expectations, with the understanding that contracts may be terminated if performance expectations are not met.
- Holiday coverage required. Additional Information : - Quick start position urgency. - Facility features a trauma level 2 designation and a bed size range of 150-500.
