A Welder / Fabricator works with a variety of materials to fabricate new parts, equipment, construction elements, and much more.
Skillful handling of many types of metal as well as numerous fabrication tools are an essential part of the opportunities you would find while working with us.
Pay : $17.32- $22.06 / hr.
- Pay increase by $1 after 30 days of good work attendance
- Pay increase by an additional $1 after meeting set quota
- Monthly and Quarterly Attendance bonuses!
Schedule :
6 : 00AM- 3 : 30PM (MONDAY- FRIDAY)
Welder Job Responsibilities :
- Fabricate new components per product data sheets and in compliance with all applicable standards of safety and performance.
- Repair metal components to restore full functionality and safety performance.
- Solve problems and develop innovative solutions to novel situations that require a fresh approach while still maintaining required standards of safety, stability, and security.
- Maintain tools and equipment to a professional standard.
- Keep the workstation clean and orderly to retain a safe and operational work environment.
- Execute particular welds in a professional manner- MIG, TIG, Stick, Arc Welding
Job Skills and Qualifications :
- 1-2 years of welding experience
- Ability to execute basic welding techniques.
- Familiar with aluminum welding
- Must have attended / completed welding school
- Familiarity with welding equipment and workshop safety protocols
