Base pay range : $130,000.00 / yr - $200,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities
- Engineer Next-Gen Workflows : Develop and implement automated solutions on advanced liquid handlers to support DNA / RNA extraction, Next-Gen Sequencing (NGS) library prep, and other molecular processes.
- Innovate Across Teams : Partner with R&D, operations, and IT to create high-accuracy, scalable workflows that improve throughput and reliability.
- Drive Integration : Connect automation platforms with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), ensuring seamless and secure data flow across multiple labs.
- Advance Clinical Excellence : Contribute to assay development, validation plans, SOPs, and quality documentation to meet CAP / CLIA requirements.
- Continuously Improve : Lead iterative design, testing, and refinement of automation workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce variability.
- Be the Expert : Troubleshoot, optimize, and ensure long-term reliability of automated systems while mentoring peers and supporting multi-site deployments.
