Are you a highly skilled financial professional with a passion for the restaurant and hospitality industry? We are currently seeking a talented Financial Controller to join our dynamic team.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our fast-casual segment and position our company for rapid expansion. If you have a formal education in finance (CPA preferred) and substantial experience in restaurant management, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the revenue stream of $50M, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis.
- Implement strategic planning initiatives to drive growth and profitability.
- Oversee P&L management and reconciliation, providing actionable insights to optimize financial performance.
- Develop and manage budgets at the store level, ensuring alignment with overall financial goals. What's in it for You :

- Salary up to $175K Requirements :
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a related financial role within the restaurant industry.
- Formal education in finance, preferably with a CPA designation.
- Proven track record of successfully managing financial operations in the hospitality sector.
- Strong strategic planning skills and ability to drive results.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical abilities.
