Position : Part-Time Customer Service / Office Representative

Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in custom home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install tailored solutions, including closets, home office furniture, media centers, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more.

Position Overview : We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, part-time Customer Service / Office Representative to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth, professional, and positive customer experience.

Days / Hours : M, W, F (and Rotating Saturday’s) from 8am-5pm in our Office in South Salt Lake, Utah.
Key Responsibilities :
Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and warmth.
Manage and coordinate designers' appointment schedules.
Greet and assist visitors with enthusiasm and attention to detail.
Provide administrative support to the office staff, sales team, and production / installation departments.
Perform general office duties and work efficiently with computer systems.
